Frank Witowski, Managing Director, Hybrid Bikes Ltd

A journey that was never planned, yet blossomed into a nationwide success story, winning more awards than any other e-bike company in New Zealand. Since our establishment in 2018, Hybrid Bikes has been at the forefront of carbon fiber e-bike innovation, specifically tailored to riders aged 55 and above.

Our mission is to address their key concerns: lightweight design, maximum comfort, and exceptional value for money by customizing every bike here in our Marsden Valley workshop to suit each rider.

By designing our own tooling and owning the intellectual property for our design, we've kept the cost per bike the same as any alloy model with similar specs, while delivering a much better riding experience. This makes our e-bikes not only one of the lightest, most comfortable, and best-balanced of their kind, but also the best value-for-money option in New Zealand.
